Urban Herbology Course
Lynn Shore is an Amsterdam-based herbalist and educator, and the founder of Urban Herbology, an established blended-learning apprenticeship in urban ethnobotany and applied herbcraft—teaching people how to identify and classify edible and medicinal plants in towns and cities (including botanical classification and plant families).
The programme also teaches how to turn that knowledge into safe, ethical, repeatable practice through foraging, herbal crafting, and herb gardening, with self-paced online learning, personal tutor feedback and assignments, community support, and optional walks/workshops in Amsterdam.
As a CMA-registered training school, it has assessed core modules and a certificate on completion.
