I’m Marisa, founder of Primal Essence and a cosmetics professional working across formulation, brand building, consultancy, and education. I’m committed to quality, continuous learning, and ingredient transparency.

This portfolio brings together my product formulation and development, training, recognitions, and selected projects, and it also showcases my studies in organic formulation.

Through building my own range, I’ve gained hands-on experience in selecting and verifying plant based ingredients, with a strong focus on traceability, clear documentation and best practices.

I’m based in Amsterdam and happy to collaborate in person across the Randstad, online worldwide, or in a hybrid setup.
